The Rivian R1T is the first electric truck built for whatever you can call a road, it is simply a go-anywhere truck, meaning you can easily go on your adventures with this electric truck. It is the first electric truck to actually make it to production. People ask if this truck is a Ford product but it Amazon owns about 17.7% of Rivian while Ford owns about 11.4%. see more

It is an all-electric, battery-powered,  light-duty pickup truck. When it comes down to its design, it is a futuristic-looking all-electric pickup truck that boasts four electric motors and lightning-quick acceleration as it can easily blast up to 100km/h or 60mph in 3.3 seconds,  which is completely insane and this also makes it the fastest pick up truck ever. The R1T also boasts 835hp.

For 2022, The R1T is only offered with a 128.9kWh large battery pack, which has an EPA-rate driving range of 500+ km/ 220 miles of range. It's top speed is 180km/h/111mp/h. The Rivian drivetrain is a Quad motor all-wheel drive, it also uses a different arrangement than the Tesla Model X because each wheel in the R1T is powered by its own electric motor.

The Rivian is set to be going from approximately $79,500, which is about (kshs 9.2 million). It is being introduced into our market currently and I have seen some being imported here, especially at our port.
