When the time has come for you to buy your first car, you have to think deeply and a lot, you have to seek advice from petrol heads, do your research and what not which is really necessary but at the end of the end you have the final say as the buyer. But here today I have come to give you a review of a car that I think should be among the cars you shortlist as your first cars and it is the Volkswagen Golf, I am specifically talking about the 7th generation VW Golf. see more

The Golf sure does make a good first car, the VW Golf has a 1.8L Turbocharged 4-cylinder with 170hp and 199 lb.-ft of torque and uses regular gas no exemption for a premium or whatnot. The Golf has independent suspension and a good platform for above-average handling. The interior of the Golf is simple, with nice switches and two screen sizes starting with a 6.4-inch unit or an optional 8-inch screen. These come standard with Android Auto or Apple Car Play, plus the screen doubles as a backup camera. The Golf is sold in many different trims, starting at a three-door hatchback, a 5-door version, A Golf SportWagen, Golf All track, GTI, and Golf R.

The VW Golf is designed as a great all-rounder, it is comfortable and everything is where it is expected to be. Therefore the VW Golf would make a good first car and a daily drive especially if you avoid the 5-speed and get the 7-speed gearbox.
