BREEZY ENGINES
By Bruno Gitau
This is the New Range Rover Sport, the 2022 model!!
It is the 3rd generation of the Range Rover Sport since 2005. This New RR has had some design tweaks over the previous generation to give it a more modern look, including a thinner grill and minimalist headlights and brake lights see moresee more. It has undeniably shaped up to be the best SUV in 2022, or at least I think.

The interior looks completely modern, many thanks to the massive slightly curved touchscreen and separate driver display, you will also find that there's a brand new steering wheel, a 13-inch central touchscreen and a 14-inch screen where you used to get the analogue dials. Still,, on the infotainment and entertainment bit/system, The New RR Sport comes with an upgraded Meridian sound system which produces a whopping 1430 watts of power. It is also fitted with extra speakers on the headrest which work as part of the noise cancellation system.

The new Range Rover Sport comes with an additional 55 litres more boot space and this means it can carry up to 835litres of luggage, what more could anyone ask for. This New Range Rover is also packing plenty of techs that make it just as capable off-road as the proper Range Rover.
The new generation Sport comes with a range of petrol, diesel or plug-in hybrid engines, options including a 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 with 530hp that can launch this new SUV from 0 to 60mph in 4.3 seconds which is equally as quick as the old Range Rover Sport SVR! A pure electric model is coming in 2024 too. The new Range Rover Sport comes with an 8-speed automatic gearbox, four-wheel drive and the high and low Range mode as standard. With its ground clearance, it can wade through water that is up to 90cm deep!! Doesn't get any better!
When it comes to suspension, it has an active anti-roll system to help the car to stop leaning too much while taking corners. When it comes down to safety, The New RR Sport has automatic emergency braking, front and rear parking sensors, traffic sign recognition and lane-keeping assistant as standard.
